the patient facilities
toilet, kitchen and wash area for patients
comfy seats in reception !
oh and the bed situation - one bed, two patients in the clinic or pick your spot on the floor on the ward
and there is transport home after you've had baby, in the back of a truck, no car seats for the new babies !

heaps of babies were born this weekend, I pushed all the way with the mums
no one seemed to want to call their new baby Michael or Michaela !
