Lao Friends Hospital Children's in-patient ward opens

Very proud day at LFHC with the opening of  the in-patient ward on 11th August. Heaps of hard work by the entire team to achieve this, well done guys. A very exciting moment in the history of the hospital, lots of challenges ahead but fantastic to see the team caring for our first patients. The children were receiving extra-ordinary care, as I left that evening the nurses were with one girl cutting her nails and platting her hair.
