The novices are aged 11 - 14, too young to be away from their families, they are wonderful, so bright and they love being together and care about each other, and they are always laughing.
My visual aids are a bit dodgy, dad is a bit camp and the family have no hands ! funny moment we were practising family members and one novice combined father and sister and got ...... !
I teach this class with Sam, she is a natural teacher and so enthusiastic, she really gets things going and makes it so much fun
I love the end of class when the novices stand and say in harmony "thank you teacher for your teaching" so we have been replying "thank you novices for your learning"
