It's that time of year again
The festival of Light was my favourite festival last year, I loved the build up, especially the preparations at the temples. And the novices at Wat Pasaviet have started making their bamboo and paper lanterns for this year, they were all very excited yesterday
a new doctor
we have a new doctor to help with teaching and training, yippee
he was born in Cambodia, grew up and trained in Australia
and he's fantastic, smart, lovely and super helpful.
this week setthy started teaching paediatric advanced life support
very interesting, I'm learning lots
Megan and Joey
Megan arrived 5 months ago, she was a super volunteer nurse, Joey missed her so arrived a few weeks later, proposed and volunteered in the lab! Everyone loved them, they were heaps of fun, kind, had tones of energy and taught us so much. Enjoy your travels as you head home, missing you xx

sleeping daddies
the dads are catching up on sleep in the waiting room while the mums are taking their children to see the doctor! if only there were some pillows!!
